During Assignment

This assignment is to detail the process of creating the restorative justice implementation plan. The deliverables will include a journal detailing my progress and reflections and a confidential draft of the restorative justice implementation plan.

The learning objectives are to:

1. Understand how new policies are implemented on college campuses.

2. Understand how to tailor policy for specific communities.

The main audience will be school faculty and staff that will be helping to facilitate restorative justice procedures, students that are interested in taking part in restorative justice to help them through their gender-based discrimination, and students that are interested in taking part in restorative justice to restore their relationships after perpetrating gender-based violence. Other audiences include other individuals and groups from other campuses interested in implementing restorative justice for Title IX on their campuses.
